Trip Plan for East District Camporee
"It's A Mystery Camporee!"

Date and Time of Departure: Friday, September 20th, 5:30pm - Old Church

Purpose: A fun filled event designed to test your scouting skills against other patrols from troops within our district.

Location: Cleveland Metroparks Brecksville Reservation, Meadows

Uniform: Field uniform (Class "A") during retreat, vespers, and campfire. Activity uniform (Class "B"), Troop T-shirt, for wear during the day on Saturday (weather permitting).

Cost: $25.00 per scout (permission slip and fee due at meeting on September 3rd)

Estimated Time of Return: Sunday, September 22nd, 9:00am - Pick-up scouts in parking lot behind Old Church

Trip Coordinator: Mr. Karpowicz (primary), Mr. Nenadovich (secondary)

9:30pm Snack and Informal Campfire

11:00pm Lights Out, Quiet Time

6:30am Wake up cooks
7:00am All up (Camp Reveille at 7:30am)
7:45am Flag Raising followed by Breakfast
8:00am Breakfast
8:30am Breakfast Clean-up
9:00am AM Golf Departs from parking lot
9:30am-12:00pm Morning Events
12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch (to be provided)
1:00pm PM Golf Departs from parking lot
1:30-3:30pm Afternoon Events
3:30-5:00pm Patrol Skit Auditions and Free Time
5:15pm Vespers
