Scout Retreat
September 27-29, 2002
Center for Pastoral
Leadership
Wickliffe, OH
The
theme for this year's retreat was "A Place at the
Table". A small group from our troop attended and
were welcomed with good weather and an excellent
experience. In the morning troops from the Cleveland
Diocese attended three sessions in the chapel led by Mr.
Hickey, Sr. Juanita, and Fr. Bob. Fr. Bob's talk was
especially interesting. He answered questions from the
audience about what it was like to be in the Priesthood.
A quick lunch followed by a Penance service and some
afternoon activities. After supper we attended mass
together in the Chapel. The evening activities were
movies or karaoke, we went to the movies. Those
participating in the retreat were Alex, Eric, Joey, Mr.
Makowski, Mr. See, and Mr. Ulintz.
