MVSR 2005 Merit Badge and Activity Sign-up

First year scouts - check the Netami block. You will have the opportunity to take 2 or 3 merit badges at the Handicraft and Ecology/Conservation program areas.

Second year scouts - if you are Second Class and need to work on your First Class requirements you may want to consider signing up for the Hunter program. In this program you attend regular merit badge classes and have two periods (4 & 5) set aside for working on First Class requirements. Look over the Hunter schedule on the summer camp information page to see if this is something that may interest you.

Experienced scouts - the majority of merit badge sessions are 40 minutes long, a few are more than one period. Don't overload yourselves! It is better to get three merit badges and have fun than spend all your time working on five merit badges and get only one. Please review the prerequisites to determine if you can take the merit badge and what requirements to study before leaving for camp. "Be Prepared" It will make it a lot easier for you to complete a merit badge if you go over the requirements and get as much out of the way before camp. Check out merit badge pamplets from the troop library or the public library to understand the requirements. All merit badge requests will be reviewed by your adult leaders before being approved.

Instructions: Use the radio buttons to select which merit badges and activities you would like to take while at camp. You may not select more than one merit badge per period. If you make a mistake, click the reset button at the bottom to clear all entries and start over. After completing all selections, click the submit button to send the page.
