Tinkers Creek District Camporee

Date and Time of Departure: Friday, September 26, 5:30p.m. at the Old Church

Purpose: A fun filled event designed to test your scouting skills against other patrols from troops within our district.

Location: Beaumont Scout Reservation, White Oak Campsite

Uniform: Field uniform (Class "A") during retreat, vespers, and campfire. Activity uniform (Class "B"), Troop T-shirt, for wear during the day on Saturday (weather permitting).

Cost: $25.00 per scout (permission slip and fee due at meeting on September 16, 2014)

Estimated Time of Return: Sunday, September 28, 11:00am - Pick-up scouts in parking lot behind Old Church

7:00am All up (Camp Reveille at 7:30am)
7:30am Troop Flag Raising followed by Breakfast
8:00am Breakfast
8:30am Breakfast Clean-up
8:45am All patrols assemble and post unit flags
8:50am Campwide Flag raising
9:30am-12:00pm Morning Event Stations
12:00-1:00pm Lunch (prepared and eaten on the trail)
1:00-2:00pm PM Event Stations
2:00-5:00pm Activity Stations
4:00-5:00pm Patrol Skit Auditions
5:15pm Vespers
5:30pm Supper Preparation
